The Calanques National Park offers some of the Mediterranean's most dramatic diving — limestone cliffs plunging into gin-clear water, the Cassidaigne seamount drawing huge barracuda and dentex, and cathedral-like caves explored since Jacques Cousteau's era. May through October delivers the best visibility and warm surface temperatures.
