Norway's Trondheim Fjord and the Agdenes outer coast offer some of the world's most dramatic cold-water diving — crystal-clear water down to 30 m visibility in winter, walls blanketed in plumose anemones, resident wolf fish, and giant king crab. Best diving runs May through September when surface water warms slightly and visibility peaks, though adventurous drysuiters dive year-round.
