Scuba Season
Underwater at Gili Tepekong

Gili Tepekong

Candidasa · Indonesia

Gili Tepekong is a small rocky islet offshore from Candidasa with an underwater canyon system that channels strong currents and concentrates big pelagic life. White-tip reef sharks rest in the canyon, large schools of barracuda patrol the water column, and mola mola are occasionally spotted here in the season. The hard coral coverage on the walls is impressive, and the unpredictable currents make this a site best suited to experienced divers.
