Daymaniyat Islands · Oman
Protected nature reserve archipelago an hour off Muscat's coast. Whale sharks aggregate here in summer to feed in nutrient rich upwelling. Reef itself is a healthy mix of hard coral, schooling jacks, and resident leopard sharks on the sand.
