Cirkewwa Arch
Gozo · Malta
A collapsed limestone cavern forms a natural arch at 12 m depth on the north tip of Malta, near the Gozo ferry terminal. The 6-metre swim through opens onto sandy seabed 8 m below the arch roof, with dusky grouper, Mediterranean moray, and octopus settled into the surrounding crevices. The reef wall beyond the arch extends to 25 m, scattered with scorpionfish, saddled bream, and occasional barracuda. Shore-accessible year round from a dedicated diver car park with handrail entry steps.
