Underwater at Aquarium

Aquarium

Guadeloupe · France

Aquarium lives up to its name — this shallow plateau on the southern flank of Pigeon Island is so dense with reef life that operators routinely use it as a night dive and introductory site without exhausting its appeal for experienced divers. Staghorn and brain corals form a complex matrix packed with spotted moray eels, spiny lobster, flamingo tongue cowries, and clouds of chromis. The protected shallows make it one of the most reliable turtle encounters in the eastern Caribbean.
