Punta Xarraca
Ibiza and Formentera · Spain
Ibiza's northernmost point shelters a series of dive sites across the Xarraca Bay area where shallow rocky reefs give way to posidonia meadows of exceptional clarity. The protected bay creates calmer conditions than Ibiza's exposed coasts, making it ideal for both new divers and detailed macro exploration. Large sea stars, nudibranchs, and occasional seahorses inhabit the seagrass while spider crabs and lobsters patrol the rocky gullies after dark.
