Pulau Tanimbar Kei Gardens
Kei Islands · Indonesia
A sheltered group of small islets on the western edge of the Kei archipelago, with shallow reef gardens in water so transparent the bottom reads clearly at 20 metres depth. The site is renowned for endemic ornamental reef fish — several species found nowhere else in Maluku — and for the spectacular density of healthy hard coral, including formations rarely seen this intact elsewhere in Indonesia. Ideal for underwater photography at any skill level.
