Hin Khao

Dive site

Hin Khao, meaning White Rock, is a submerged pinnacle within the Ang Thong National Marine Park frequented from Koh Samui. The top sits at 8 metres and the sides drop to sandy rubble at 28 metres. Hard coral coverage is strong with table corals and staghorn providing shelter for juvenile reef fish, and blue-spotted ribbontail rays rest on the sandy bottom.
