West Gulf Pinnacle

Dive site

West Gulf Pinnacle is a remote seamount rising from 40 metres to a crest at 12 metres, reachable on longer day trips from Koh Samui. The walls host large seafan colonies and the site consistently produces sightings of whale sharks between March and May. Barracuda and kingfish school above the peak while the deeper flanks shelter leopard sharks resting on sandy ledges.
