Underwater at Siladen Outside Wall

Siladen Outside Wall

Dive site

Siladen's north-facing outer reef escapes the sheltered inner-bay dive traffic and rewards the journey with a pristine vertical wall dropping from a hard coral crest at 5 metres to sand at 40-plus. The exposed aspect means cleaner water and more reliable pelagic action than most Bunaken sites: Napoleon wrasse cruise the wall top, dogtooth tuna appear mid-water on rising current, and the wall itself is encrusted with cup corals and crinoids that open fully in the flow. Best dived on an incoming tide when visibility peaks.
