Bharatpur Reef
Neil Island (Andaman Islands) · India
Bharatpur Reef is Neil Island's most popular dive site, a gently sloping coral garden in front of the island's famous natural rock bridge offering easy drift diving through table corals, staghorn formations, and bright fields of soft coral. Sea turtles feed on the abundant sponge growth and lionfish lurk in the shadows of coral overhangs, while the sandy areas between formations reveal garden eels and blue-spotted stingrays. Excellent visibility and gentle currents make this an ideal site for newly certified divers.
