Muri Lagoon Reef
Rarotonga, Cook Islands · Cook Islands
A calm, warm-water reef system inside Rarotonga's fringing lagoon with consistent visibility and no significant current, making it the best entry point for first-time divers on the island. Coral heads rise from a white-sand bottom between 5 and 15 metres, and the site hosts an unusually diverse array of reef fish for such a sheltered environment.
