Shark and Yolanda Reef

Ras Mohammed · Egypt

Twin pinnacles at the tip of the Sinai peninsula where Red Sea currents converge. Walls drop into deep blue; barracuda tornadoes and jacks school overhead. The wreck of the Yolanda spilled its cargo of toilets and bathtubs across the reef in 1980 — still scattered on the sand.
