Lindos Bay Wall
Rhodes · Greece
A near-vertical limestone wall drops from the surface to 40 m below the ancient acropolis of Lindos, its face fissured with ledges colonised by bright yellow cup corals, feather stars, and colonies of violet sea fans. The sheltered bay geometry calms the typically moderate Aegean swells, allowing extended wall dives in reliable 25 m visibility from May through October. Colourful nudibranchs appear in extraordinary variety on the deeper sections, making this one of Rhodes' premier macro destinations alongside its sweeping scenic appeal.
