Barrier Pass
Dive site
A natural gap in the outer reef at 10 to 25 m where oceanic and lagoonal water masses exchange on the tides, creating a nutrient-rich funnel that draws schooling snapper, jacks, and the occasional manta ray in the wet season. The pass walls are blanketed in sea fans and soft corals, and sandy pockets shelter large stingrays.
