Molly Beday
Sint Maarten / Saint-Martin · Sint Maarten
Molly Beday is a broad, shallow reef plateau north of Sint Maarten rising to within 6 m of the surface, making it one of the best snorkelling and beginner-diving sites on the island with excellent visibility in calm conditions. The sandy channels between coral heads are a reliable spot to observe southern stingrays resting or cruising, often hovering just above the sand as they hunt for buried crustaceans. Resident sea turtles, dense congregations of blue tang surgeonfish, and delicate flamingo tongue cowries on sea fans round out the cast of characters on this photogenic shallow reef.
