Guraidhoo Corner
South Male Atoll · Maldives
Guraidhoo Corner is one of the Maldives' most celebrated pelagic drift dives, where the channel's corner geometry accelerates currents and concentrates schooling sharks, rays, and large tuna. Divers hold position in the blue water off the point and watch grey reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, and occasional hammerheads patrolling the current seam. The corner's coral-encrusted walls drop to 30 metres and are smothered in sea fans and overhanging soft corals.
