Northwest Point TCI
Turks and Caicos Islands · Turks and Caicos Islands
The exposed northwestern corner of Providenciales where the Atlantic swells hit the wall with full force and the pelagic action is at its most intense. Strong channeled current pulls divers along a vertical wall studded with enormous barrel sponges and deep gorgonians. Silky sharks patrol the blue water column and groups of Atlantic spotted dolphins occasionally join divers on the descent. Boat access only; conditions dictate whether a dive is possible on any given day.
