Overview
Cirkewwa is a popular dive site on the northern tip of Malta, renowned for its clear waters, impressive underwater topography, and a variety of artificial reefs including shipwrecks and a Madonna statue. Divers can explore the P29 patrol boat wreck, the Rozi tugboat, and stunning archways and caves.

We aggregate confirmed occurrence records from GBIF and OBIS within a fixed radius of each dive site. Occurrence records confirm presence and reveal seasonality clustering, but they DO NOT measure per-dive probability — there is no eligible-effort denominator. We deliberately do not publish a numeric '% chance of sighting' from this data.
