Cap de Cavalleria
Menorca · Spain
Menorca's northernmost headland plunges into a series of submerged ridges and pinnacles swept by the Tramontana current, concentrating large pelagics and big schools of barracuda that wheel in the blue above the rocks. The exposed position means conditions can change rapidly, but on calm days this is the most dramatic dive on the island — boulders dusted in encrusting sponges, enormous scorpionfish parked in the open, and the constant hum of current pulling past the point.
