Molinere Underwater Sculpture Park
Grenada · Grenada
The world's first underwater sculpture park, created by British artist Jason deCaires Taylor, places over 65 life-cast concrete figures in a shallow bay north of St. George's. Each figure is designed as an artificial reef substrate — pH-neutral marine-grade concrete seeded with native coral fragments — and within years of installation the sculptures were colonised by coral, sponge, and schooling fish. The result is an uncanny merging of human form and living reef that makes every dive feel like exploring a different dimension.
