Karimunjawa
Indonesia · Southeast Asia
Karimunjawa is a tropical archipelago national park in the Java Sea, comprising 27 islands fringed by coral reefs, mangroves, and seagrass beds. The park shelters whitetip and blacktip reef sharks, green and hawksbill turtles, and occasional whale sharks. Visibility is generally excellent and currents are mild, making it accessible to recreational divers while still offering walls, slopes, and wreck sites for more experienced visitors.
